India

Software development for Indian startups, enterprises, and health-tech teams.

India is our home market. As an India-based engineering team we work with startups, SMEs, enterprises, and hospitals across the country — with particular depth in healthcare interoperability (DICOM, PACS, HL7 FHIR) and DPDP-Act-aware architecture. We share the same Indian Standard Time working day, so collaboration is fully real-time and closer on-site working is feasible when a project calls for it.

How we work with Indian clients

DPDP-Act-aware engineering

We build to the technical expectations of India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 — consent capture and management, purpose limitation, data minimisation, and data-principal-rights tooling — backed by encryption, role-based access control, and audit logging.

Full working-day overlap

As an India-based team we operate in Indian Standard Time alongside our clients, so the entire working day is shared. Standups, demos, and reviews happen in real time, and closer on-site collaboration is feasible when a project benefits from it.

Interoperability depth

DICOM, PACS, and HL7 FHIR integration for Indian hospitals, imaging providers, and health-tech teams — the same specialization that anchors the rest of our work.

Clear Indian contracting

INR contracting, mutual NDAs signed before technical discovery, client IP assignment on delivery, and scoped statements of work — the engagement norms Indian buyers and their procurement teams expect.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you work with Indian companies?

Yes — India is our home market. Influrion is an India-based team, so we work with Indian startups, SMEs, enterprises, and hospitals and health-tech organizations as a domestic software partner. We share the same working day and business context, and can collaborate closely — including on-site collaboration where a project genuinely calls for it.

How do you handle the DPDP Act, 2023?

We build to the technical expectations of India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) — consent capture and management, purpose limitation, data minimisation, and tooling for data-principal rights such as access, correction, and erasure — layered with security safeguards including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, and audit logging. This is our engineering approach; it is not a claim that Influrion holds any certification or accreditation.

You’re based in India — what does that mean for collaboration and overlap?

It means full working-day overlap. Because we operate in Indian Standard Time alongside our Indian clients, standups, demos, reviews, and ad-hoc problem-solving all happen in real time across the entire working day, with no time gap to manage. Being domestic also makes closer, on-site collaboration feasible when a project benefits from it, on top of the day-to-day remote delivery.

Can you sign Indian contracts, NDAs, and work in INR?

Yes. We contract in INR, sign mutual NDAs before any technical discovery, and assign intellectual property to the client on delivery. Engagements are scoped through clear statements of work with defined milestones, matching what Indian buyers and their procurement and legal teams expect.
