This Privacy Policy explains how Influrion Solutions Private Limited (“Influrion,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit www.influrion.com, contact us, or use our products and services.
Last updated: 15 August 2026
1. Who we are
Influrion Solutions Private Limited is a software development company based in India. Registered office: Param, Milak, Rampur, Uttar Pradesh 244701, India. For privacy questions, email hello@influrion.com or call +91 9226282880.
2. Scope
This policy covers:
- Our public website at influrion.com and its subpages
- Project inquiry and contact forms on the site
- Communications you send us by email, phone, or social channels linked from the site
- Our publicly marketed products (for example Kaksham and Bruq AI), except where a product has additional in-app notices — those notices apply to that product’s processing
If we build software for a client under a contract, that client’s instructions and agreements usually control how project data is handled. This website policy does not replace those contracts.
3. Information we collect
3.1 Information you provide
When you submit a contact or project inquiry form, we may collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Company name
- WhatsApp or phone number
- Service interest and message content
If you email or call us, we also process whatever details you choose to include in that conversation.
3.2 Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, we and our service providers may collect:
- Usage and device data via Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID
G-BEE267B8JV), such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, device/browser type, and referral information - Functional preference data stored in your browser (for example a
themepreference inlocalStoragefor light/dark display) - Requests to third-party resources needed to render the site (for example Google Fonts loaded from Google domains)
3.3 Product-specific notes
Bruq AI (formerly BrainVault) is designed as an on-device knowledge vault. Document indexing and vault search are intended to stay on the user’s device. AI chat features use API keys you supply (bring-your-own-key). Influrion does not operate a cloud vault for your imported files as part of the default product design described on our product pages. App store listings and in-app settings may provide additional detail.
4. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Respond to inquiries and propose or deliver services
- Operate, secure, and improve the website
- Understand aggregated traffic and content performance (analytics)
- Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights
- Communicate about projects, support, or material updates when you have contacted us
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Cookies, analytics, and similar technologies
Our site loads Google’s gtag.js script for Google Analytics. Google may set or read cookies and similar identifiers subject to Google’s policies. You can learn more in Google’s Privacy Policy and control ads/analytics preferences through your browser settings and Google’s tools where available.
Theme preference is stored locally in your browser and is not used for advertising. Clearing site data removes it.
6. How we share information
We may share information with:
- Service providers that help us run the website and communications (for example hosting, email delivery, and Google Analytics)
- Professional advisors or authorities when required by law or to protect legitimate interests
- A successor entity if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer (with notice where appropriate)
We require processors to use personal information only for the services they provide to us.
7. International visitors
We are based in India and may process information in India or in other countries where our providers operate. If you are in the EEA, UK, or another region with data-protection laws, those laws may give you additional rights (access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, and complaint to a supervisory authority). Contact us at hello@influrion.com to exercise applicable rights. We will respond within a reasonable period and as required by applicable law.
8. Retention
Inquiry and correspondence data are kept as long as needed to respond, manage a business relationship, or meet legal and accounting requirements, then deleted or anonymised when no longer needed. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics property settings and Google’s retention controls.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to our size and the nature of the data we handle (for example HTTPS on the website and access controls on business systems). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
10. Children
Our website and business services are directed to businesses and professionals, not to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
11. Third-party links and services
Our site links to third-party sites (social networks, maps, app stores, and others). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. This Privacy Policy applies only to Influrion’s processing as described here.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
