United States

Software development for US healthcare, startup, and enterprise teams.

We work with organizations across the United States as a remote engineering partner — with particular depth in healthcare interoperability (DICOM, PACS, HL7 FHIR) and HIPAA-aware architecture. We deliver in English, with scheduled daily overlap hours and US-standard contracting, so working across borders feels like working with an in-house team.

How we work with US clients

HIPAA-aware engineering

For US healthcare and health-tech work we build to the HIPAA technical safeguards — encryption, access control, audit logging — and operate under a signed BAA when PHI is involved.

Interoperability depth

DICOM, PACS, and HL7 FHIR integration for US hospitals, imaging providers, and health-tech startups — the same specialization that anchors the rest of our work.

Real time-zone overlap

Fixed daily overlap windows (US morning / India evening) for standups, demos, and reviews, backed by disciplined asynchronous updates.

Clear US contracting

USD contracting, mutual NDAs, client IP assignment on delivery, and scoped statements of work — the engagement norms US buyers expect.

What we build for US teams

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you work with US-based companies?

Yes. Influrion is an India-based team that delivers software remotely for clients in the United States — healthcare and health-tech organizations, startups, and enterprise teams. Engagements are run in English with scheduled daily overlap hours so US stakeholders get real-time collaboration, not overnight handoffs only.

How do you handle HIPAA and protected health information (PHI)?

For engagements that involve PHI we implement the technical safeguards HIPAA requires — encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, and audit logging — and we work under a signed Business Associate Agreement. We treat these as architectural decisions from day one rather than bolt-ons.

How do you manage the time-zone difference with the US?

India is several hours ahead of US time zones, which gives a natural overlap in the US morning / India evening. We agree fixed overlap windows at kickoff for standups, demos, and reviews, and use asynchronous updates (written status, recorded walkthroughs) for the rest so work moves forward around the clock.

Can you sign US contracts, NDAs, and BAAs?

Yes. We contract in USD, sign mutual NDAs before technical discovery, assign IP to the client on delivery, and sign a Business Associate Agreement for any engagement involving protected health information.
